The plant has an installed capacity of processing 2.4 billion capsules per year in the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, based on WHO cGMP standards.
All clean areas have HEPA filters and comply with Class 100,000. The entire facility is monitored for parameters like airflow, temperature, humidity, differential pressures and microbial content.
Our stringent quality checks ensure that after visual inspection, each and every capsule is opened and closed on specially designed automated machines, which avoid any rejection at the time of filling capsules at manufacturing stage. This enables our capsules to comply with all dimensional specifications and proper locking, making it an error free end product for our esteemed customers. |

Formulations – Tablets and Capsules :
With the setup, as per cGMP guidelines, we have an entire range of tablet and capsule machinery, with a total production capacity of 2 billion Tablets &1 billion
Capsules per annum.
SPRUKFIELD also has the latest Auto Coater, which can manufacture Sugar Coated, Enteric Coated and Film Coated Tablets.
We have recently installed Bottom Spray Fluid Bed Drying system (wruster coater), which is capable of coating pellets, as well as making Sustained Release Tablet dosage forms.
In addition, SPRUKFIELD has Blister Machines that are capable of producing Tropical and Alu-Alu Blisters of various sizes.

As part of the backward integration program and with an aim to support the Pharmaceutical formulation plant, the company has set up a packaging plant to make shippers as required and offer quality packaging for all its in-house products. It also caters to the requirements of others in neighbouring countries.
The company has also set up an ultra modern German Printing plant to manufacture printed cartons as per the requirement and ensure that the packaging standards are as high as our products. Our Automatic Folder Gluer, Computer and Plate machine are best support to the machine line, which has six-colour offset machines and will improve quality of printing as well as pasting. The machines are capable of producing carton boxes for packaging industry like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food and other industries. Regular printing for promotional items like Calendars, block notes, writing pads, books for publishing, etc., are processed.

SPRUKFIELD establishes the quality of its products right at development stage with strong support of its R&D centre, which is also excellently equipped and has a number of scientists, of various disciplines, working for the R&D centre.
We have a strong Quality Control section with ultramodern analytical instruments like Spectrophotometer, HPLC’s, GC, FTIR, Digital Polarimeter, Refractometer,
Karl fisher auto-titrator, Potentiometric Auto-titrator, etc. The Quality Control has ultramodern microbiology lab with an aseptic testing facility.
Our quality control laboratory is also equipped with three Walk-in Stability Chambers complying with ICH Guidelines.
At SPRUKFIELD, Quality Assurance plays an integral part in monitoring all critical process mandated by cGMP.
